Zac was incredibly easy to work with. We bought a new to us Centurion RI237 (2021) and were from out of town. He walked us through everything on the boat over the phone/messaging and spent the better part of a day with my husband when he flew in. He transferred the warranty and helped us arrange shipping of the boat to a house we had rented for a week long summer vacation in Arkansas. He's answered all of our questions about using and maintaining the boat and showed a vested interest in making sure it was exactly what our family wanted.
